Meet the “Queen of Excellence”

Nickquolette is a motivational guru and life consultant who encourages others to live a life of excellence in every aspect of their life. Because of this passion along with over 22 years of working with individuals and organizations reach their full potential, she decided to take her passion and turn it into a business. B Excellent, Inc. was birth on December 2008 and launched June 2009 and it is growing everyday.

Nickquolette is a dynamic and engaging speaker and writer. She is often sought out to speak at women ministry events. When speaking or writing, she has a way of always leaving food for thought in addition to giving you a plan of action to make your life of excellence a reality. Her long time success in helping individuals, ministries, organizations, and businesses reach their full potential in excellence has earned her the name of “Queen of Excellence”.

Nickquolette accomplishments include creating and hosting successful women conferences, workshops, classes, and events that have inspired other organizations and ministries to model their events after hers.

Nickquolette has also been employed Corporate America for over 19 years with 10 of those in leadership. She is recognized as a visionary leader with outstanding strategic, organization and planning expertise. She is recognized for her commitment to excellence in management, leadership, operations, staff development, and bottom-line business results. Her record of implementing excellent ministerial, business, workflow, marketing, event planning, organization leadership & development plans, along with her ability to achieve strong growth and increased organizational effectiveness, has dramatically benefited others. She has been sought after to assist organizing corporate events such as the sponsorship of the Women of Power Summit hosted by Black Enterprise and sponsored by State Farm. She has worked with this project for the last four years.

Nickquolette is the loving wife of Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Irvin L. Barrett and has a daughter and a stepson. Natives from Chicago, IL they now reside in Texas.
