Nickquolette has worked in Corporate America for over 19 years and is seen as a visionary leader with outstanding strategic, organization and planning expertise. She is recognized for her commitment to excellence in management, leadership, operations, staff development, and bottom-line business results. Her record of implementing excellent ministerial, business, workflow, marketing, event planning, organization leadership & development plans, along with her ability to achieve strong growth and increased organizational effectiveness, has dramatically benefited others. Nickquolette is an experienced and exceptional motivational speaker, teacher, trainer, and presenter for workshops and seminars. She has earned the Competent Communicator through Toastmasters International. She is an excellent event organizer where she has held several successful women conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events both in Corporate America and in ministry. Her events, workshops, and seminars have inspired other organizations and ministries to model their events after hers. Nickquolette is the loving wife of Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Irvin L. Barrett and has a daughter and a stepson. They now reside in Texas.
